Wildlife & Pet Portrait artist, based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK

  I have always enjoyed painting, drawing and making things. I loved Art lessons at school and went on the study Fine Art at University, specialising in Sculpture. Graduating in 1996 and entering the world of work, it was several years before I picked up my pencils and brushes again. With a love of animals and wildlife, I now concentrate on animal portraiture, striving to capture the essence and personality of the subject on the paper or canvas.
I work mainly in graphite pencil, coloured pencil and soft pastel, however I’m also exploring various techniques using Acrylics and Oils.
